I am writing to you because I want to say thank you. Thank you for what you have done for me.Thank you for replacing my roof.  I am a single mom with low income and I could not have paid anybody to replace it, and without you it still would be leaking, but  by this time my whole roof probably would have fallen in and destroyed my home. When I called you to ask for your help you you didn't judge me or make me feel horrible because I was asking for help. You came out and looked at my roof and said no problem. The crew that came out to do the work were very nice and did an amazing job. My roof is very steep and they propelled down like they were on a mountain, very impressive. They tore off, and replaced everything in a short time.I was in awe. The crew that came back to do the flat roof were very nice. It was cold and I do appreciate you having them do that work in the cold. I want to thank you again for doing charity work for low income people. It is very nice of you to do so. There should be more people in this world like you. There are some people who just need help in this crazy world and I'm so grateful we have people like you in it. You have changed the quality of  my life like you do not know. I used to have to put down bucket and pots to catch the rain water. When my kids had to walk in the kitchen they said it was liking they were walking in a mine fields with having to avoid buckets of rain. And when we used to take a bath we got rained on, not now. That sounds funny, but I was devastated. You are a very kind person.
